Moments later, the tornado shifts course towards Jonas's truck, tossing a piece of metal through the windshield which impales his driver Eddie. The truck is then picked up by the tornado and thrown back to the ground, killing both men and destroying DOT- 3 in the resulting explosion.

Shortly after, the twister picks up multiple tractors and block Bill and Jo's way. They dodge the tractors when Jo tells how to get past them.
